Change notifications from Planday app
By default, Planday will notify you via email when you receive a new message. However, you can turn these notifications off and only see your messages when you open the app.
Open the Planday app
Go to your Profile
Under App settings, press the Notifications
Here you will see two different options:
Punch-out reminder — Get a reminder to punch out 15 minutes before your shift ends.
Email notification — Receive an email notification when you get a new message in Planday
After updating to Planday app version 10.1, you can now allow or deny in-app notifications when launching the app for the first time. If you encounter difficulties with receiving notifications, please grant full access to Planday app from your mobile device's notification settings.
Change notifications from Planday on the web
To adjust your email notifications while using Planday on the web, follow these steps:
Click on your profile located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
In the User Information section, toggle the "Email notifications" checkbox on or off as desired.
Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
