By default, Planday will notify you via email when you receive a new message. However, you can turn these notifications off and only see your messages when you open the app.

  • Open the Planday app

  • Go to your Profile

  • Under App settings, press the Notifications

  • Here you will see two different options:

    • Punch-out reminder β€” Get a reminder to punch out 15 minutes before your shift ends.

    • Email notification β€” Receive an email notification when you get a new message in Planday
